In this new exhibition Scott Redford reuses an image he made in 1982-85.

The image "Reckless" is from a large series of early drawings the artist gifted to the NGV, Melbourne.

Although representational, many of these crayon on paper drawings were in fact "automatic" drawings where Redford would make random marks and then allow his subconscious to "draw" an image.
